We have created this blog to give information to new and incoming Encinitans as well as tourists. Our goal is to show people the rich history of our city, the diverse cultures that make up the many communities, and to present some of the hotspots, points of interest, and beast places to visit when you are here.
The main demographic that we are trying to reach out to is kids and teenagers, people our own age, to show them that Encinitas isn’t all that boring. There is plenty to do for young people in this town: visiting the beach, hanging out at our many local parks or our YMCA, shopping, or just walking down the street, conversing with your friends, and taking in all of the sights and sounds of Encinitas. Whatever your poison, we guarantee that Encinitas will have something to satisfy you.
